Wines of Distinction
Our Cabernet is harvested in Alexander Valley where yields are both abundant and richly concentrated. Mendocino’s warms days and cool nights allow grapes to ripen slowly forming balanced acidity making it a model companion in our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting wine is layered with intense flavors and approachable tannins making it a perfect addition to your favorite meal.
Chardonnay has been a staple of the Dreyer portfolio since its first introduction in 1991. Each year we seek out the finest fruit from our Sonoma County vineyard partners, and in 2014 we found the best in Los Carneros, the most southern appellation in Sonoma County. The Carneros region is defined by its cool afternoon winds which help to keep acidity in balance during the warm ripening months of summer creating a superb wine which pairs with a variety of flavors.
